1. Register for Recruitment with the Alumnae Panhellenic organization in your home town, by completing a "Recruitment Information Form".
The Mid-Cities Panhellenic will provide you a list of sorority alumnae contacts, and you will deliver packets to each of them. The Coppell Panhellenic will request several copies of your packet, and they will distribute them to the alumnae contacts for you. |
May - June |
You are notifying a "network" of alumnae in your home town that you will be going through Recruitment. These alumnae will help introduce you to their respective chapters at your university. |

2. Send your packet of
information to all of the alumnae clubs that have a chapter on your
college campus. Include the following:

Each of Alumnae Club
in your home town will choose to "recommend" or "not recommend" you to their chapter on your campus.
When the alumnae clubs know a lot about you, it is easier for them to make their recommendation. |

3. Register for Recruitment with the Panhellenic organization at your university. They will ask for registration fees, copies of your transcripts, etc. Be aware of their deadlines. Some are as early as June! |
